At last! I think the pre 1.0 release number was th biggest thing holding Grails back.

Let the Grails world domination commence!

Sorry, getting a bit carried away. But really, I think we're going to see a big surge in Grails adoption now.

There are now several mirrors listed here. But I guess in the future, some alternatives, such as BitTorrent, etc, could be worth investigating to avoid these kind of problems when too many persons try to download a release at the same time! The poor Codehaus servers must be having a hard time today with the success of the release!

They need mirrors! I cannot seem to get the download started. It is good that Grails is so popular but bad that I cannot get to the shiny new release. :-)
