Gant 1.3.0 released

Gant version 1.3.0. has just been released by Russel Winder as advertised last week.

The fundamental difference between 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 is the packaging and installation. Gant now installs in its own directory not in the Groovy directory. So the tarballs/zipfiles can simply be extracted and you have a working Gant, no install phase. By working it is implied that either

• you have Groovy installed somewhere on your filesystem and $GROOVY_HOME is properly set
• you will use the new self-contained, standalone distribution of Gant -- this has a Groovy jar and various other jars so it should be self-contained and standalone.
