Gant 1.2.0 released

Gant 1.2.0 has been released. There are some breaking changes compared to 1.1.2, but more importantly there are various internal changes as well as bug fixes. The people who raised the issues that drove the changes have been running the 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT for a while and indicated things work for them.
The website at http://gant.codehaus.org now reflects this new Gant.
